Recommendations for improving conditions of remuneration of teachers of secondary vocational education

One of the challenges of the modern labor market, legal regulation of labor, employment and social security is the need to develop at the legislative level harmonized conditions of remuneration for teachers of secondary vocational educational organizations. The main task is to provide guarantees to the employee, providing him/her with a decent amount of remuneration based on personal contribution to the activities of the educational organization. The aim is to find optimal and effective ways to improve the conditions of remuneration of teachers in secondary vocational education and their implementation in the practical sphere. Comparative legal analysis of normative-legal acts and sociological survey among SPE teachers in different subjects of the Russian Federation were chosen as methods. The grounds for the development of a theoretical model of the basic part of teachers' salaries and recommended incentive payments to improve the conditions of remuneration of teachers of SPE are outlined. The conclusions of this study can be used in the theory of labor law on the issue of remuneration of SPE teachers, as well as in lawmaking activities.
