The experience of treatment of patients with rib and sternal fractures had been described in this article. Repair of injuries was achieved due to using of «MatrixRib» and «Sternal Locking Plate» technologies of osteosynthesis. The efficacy and safety of these osteosynthesis systems have been noted.
