Reconstruction of esophageal-intestinal anastomoses in patients after gastrectomy for gastric cancer

We report the analysis of results of esophageal-jejunal anastomosis formation in 19 patients with postgastrectomy syndrome after gastric cancer radical treatment. The results of complex examination show that esophageal-intestinal anastomosis healed with primary intention in 16 (84,2 %) operated patients, and no anastomotic ring stenosis was seen in long-term and anastomotic ring kept elasticity and locking function.
