Reconstructive plastic surgery after lung cancer

We performed an analysis of results of 181 bronchoplastic operations and revealed technical features depend on the side of the lung tumor lesion and the surgical techniques. We improved the results of treatment by preventing stenosis of interbronchial anastomosis and violations of the patency of the tracheobronchial tree in the postoperative period, thus it al lowed to achieve good results in the surgical treatment of non-small cell lung carcinoma and low postoperative mortality (3.3%).
