Engaging young people in the government work as a way to involve young citizens into political activities

This article reviews the issues of creating the next generation political elite and young people participatory policy as a foundation of it. An analysis was conducted to understand the current staffing structure of the government and contemporary representation of youth in it. Certain problems were identified in the field of exercising passive suffrage. This article suggests the solutions of the designated issues and substantiate the need of further involvement of young people into politics as a basis for reforming the current government.
