The book discusses the importance of the precise usage of terminology reflecting the essence of the process. A painful syndrome is not a sign artroses. Uncomplicated artroses does not give painful symptoms, therefore clinically it can be only suspected. In its initial stages, the artroses can be accurately diagnosed only radiologically. Medical and social values of the correct diagnostics of artroses is emphasized in the book.
