X-ray diffraction analysis of nanoporous metal materials, received by the method of selective laser sublimation

Free access

X-ray diffraction analysis of phase structure and solid solution parameters of nanoporous metal materials, received by the method of selective laser sublimation, is executed. Researches were spent with use of X ray diffractometer DRON 7. Analysis has shown that as a result of laser action with high impulse frequency the crystal structure of brass L62 has changed: parameter of a crystal face centered cubic lattice α solid solution has increased from value a= 0,3625 nm to a= 0,3651…0,3684 nm; density of structural defects has raised; сoncentration of Hume Rothery phases in processed brass L62 has increased.
