Reorganization of the legal entity in the conditions of reforming of the Russian civil legislation

The article is devoted to questions of legal regulation of carrying out reorganization of the legal entity in the conditions of occurring global reforming of the national civil legislation. The authors analyze the rights which have developed in the doctrine, as well as the offers for introducing modifications of the now unaccepted second part the new Civil Code in put forward by the expert community; the authors' own scientifically reasonable offers on the improvement of both the processes of reorganization of the legal entity and of a legal status of the parties who are actually involved into the reorganization and elimination of the legal entity.
