Representation of the emotional and volitional sphere of the man based on the English verbal phraseological units

The article deals with the semantic peculiarities of the English verbal phraseological units with the nuclear component - the verb of movement representing the emotional and volitional sphere of the man. The study is conducted with the use of the definitional and contextual methods of the analysis allowing to describe fundamentally the semantics of these units.
