Reproductive rights of citizens in the context of national security of the Russian Federation

The article considers the problems of ensuring national security of the Russian Federation in the conditions of growing demographic crisis. Special attention is paid to the issues of formation of the institute of human reproductive rights. Through the analysis of normative-legal acts the need for legislative consolidation of reproductive rights at the federal level, as well as their legal regulation is substantiated.
