Tackling the problem of staff for mass occupations in rural area in conditions of reforms in the second half of 1960-ies (based on materials from Mari, Mordovian and Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist republics)

The article covers the means and methods to solving the problem of staff for mass occupations in the countryside in conditions of reforms in the second half of 1960-ies. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the staff’s training methods, characterisation of qualitative and quantitative changes in this sphere.
