Resources provision of investment and innovative process at a regional level

The article is devoted to the problem of resources support of investment and innovation processes at the regional level. It considers specific resources in terms of financial and credit resources; specifies conceptual schemes, reflecting the nature of a region’s resources provision; gives the institutional characteristics of Chelyabinsk region banking sector; explores the dynamics of funds involved and deposited by the banking sector; represents companies’ financial statements dynamics of Chelyabinsk region real sector, including scope of works by “statistics” type of activity; concludes the presence of financial and credit resources for the maintenance and development of investment and innovation process.
