Resource support for the health care system of Siberian federal district: state and problems

The article is aimed at studying the resource support of health care institutions in Siberian Federal District from 2005 to 2015. We analyze the dynamics of the number of institutions providing medical assistance, feldsher-midwife stations, hospital beds, the capacity of outpa­tient clinics, the number of doctors and paramedical personnel. The analysis has shown the decreasing availability of medical care for the population of Siberia, what contradicts to the declarative principles of health care modernization.
