A resource centre as a basis of formation and development of an educational okrug (circuit) of a classical university

The article is devoted to the problem of the creating informational infrastructure of Educational Okrug of a classical University. Organizational and operational problems of the Resource Centre (RC) are discussed. The key role of RC in creating and development of united educational information environment of the PC and of the Okrug as a whole is emphasized. Creation of Regional RC on the basis of Okrug RC is formulated and substantiated.
