Resource-saving technologies in the manufacture and processing of pond carp

The article presents the resource-saving technologies of cultivation and processing of pond carp, grown in the state Unitary Enterprise Udmurt Republic "Rybhoz" Pihtovka ". Developed the technology of production of fish molded product from pond fish with use of structurants of natural origin.
