Experience of 24-years applications of retroperitoneoscopy in clinics is generalized. Diagnostic and medical possibilities of the method of retroperitoneoscopy are shown. Indications and contra-indications to the method application are added. The algorithm of operative strategy in urolithic disease and acute purulent pyelonephritis is deduced.
