Обзор посвящен актуальной проблеме коронарной хирургии - реваскуляризации при многососудистом поражении. Рассмотрены результаты ретроспективных и проспективных исследований эффективности и безопасности различных видов коронарной хирургии. Проанализированы данные современной литературы относительно объема оперативного вмешательства, возможности ликвидации и профилактики рестеноза в просвете стента.
