Проблема перипротезной инфекции не теряет своей актуальности из-за неуклонного роста числа тотальных артропластик коленного сустава, вы- полняемых больным с терминальной стадией гонартроза. В подавляющем большинстве случаев только хирургическое лечение позволяет добиться купирования инфекционного процеса.Данный обзор посвящён обсуждению различных стратегий оперативного лечения данной категории больных, с учётом показаний и противопоказа- ний, особенностей техники вмешательств, типа применяемых эндопротезов, экономической целесообразности и отдалённых исходов.Данные научной литературы свидетельствуют о том, что малоизученным, но перспективным методом
