The quantity of complications at a resection of a liver and kidneys remains till now high enough. According to different authors, their quantity makes 15-50 % [2, 18]. In structure exudative complications bleedings (8,9-18,4 %) [7, 12] prevail. Bleeding at liver resections meets in 24,2 % [5] and comes to an end with formation of an external bilious fistula in 7,3 % [1]. Uric fistulas are formed at resections of kidneys in 12,7 % of cases [10]. Despite constant improvement of technical maintenance of the operations, a favorable outcome of operative treatment depends on personal experience of the surgeon and rational use of accessible means for dissections and coagulations of parenchymatous bodies [1, 9, 13, 34].
