The article considers a modern approach to automation and digital transformation of business processes of a commercial organization. Within the framework of the analysis, reserves for improving the efficiency of business processes in the context of lean manufacturing have been identified to improve the efficiency of operational activities and ensure sustainable development of the enterprise.
