Taking care of the health of the population is the most important state task. The foundations for the preservation and restoration of health are laid from an early age in various educational institutions. Students are at high risk, as they are largely susceptible to various psychosomatic disorders due to the stressful nature of educational activities, violations of the work and rest regime, as well as stressful situations. Prolonged and strenuous mental activity in combination with hypokinesia and hypodynamia causes the formation of a specific morphofunctional status of the body, characterized by a decrease in the activity of functional systems, as well as the levels of physical development and physical performance. All this is compounded by the regime of forced restrictions. In this regard, it is especially important to correctly distribute physical activity during the day, week, month, and semester (micro, meso, and macro cycles). The combination of mental, physical and psychoemotional loads is their complementary-developing and compensatory mutual influence.
