High-alert mode: features of the functioning of management bodies

Within the framework of this article, we consider in more detail one of the modes of operation - the high alert mode, which can be established both throughout the territory of the Russian Federation and in its individual territorial units. The relevance of the chosen topic is confirmed by the fact that today a difficult epidemiological situation has developed throughout the world and in our country due to the spread of coronavirus infection. In this regard, this article demonstrates law enforcement by practicing lawyers and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in a high alert mode and specific court cases.
