The effective characteristics of work groups as subjects of execution of their own decisions

This article deals with the productive aspect of executing collective decisions by a group subject. The scientific value of this research is an attempt to examine the features of implementing the decisions made by the group as a subject, while the majority of studies in this field mainly reviews the procedural side of making group decisions. Even if scientists investigate this aspect of the phenomenon, they review the execution of nongroup decisions. As a result of the research, the author identifies the peculiarities of effective characteristics concerning the execution of work groups' solutions. This knowledge could be applied in the organizational practice of psychological support for the group activities, predicting the effectiveness of work groups as subjects of execution of their decisions.
