The researches results of the oncolytic virus of Newcastle disease in the neoadjuvant therapy of breast cancer for 3-year period of observation

During the period 2006-2009 in RSCRR it was made a research in to investigate the feasibility of the oncolytic Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in the neoadjuvant therapy of breast cancer and its effect on recurrence and general survival in the group of 46 patients with stages Т1-4N0-2М0. NDV has immunostimulant and antitumor activityю. 3-year recurrence survival is 97,8%, general survival - 100%. The obtained researches results allows to conduct subsequent study the influence of this method on survival patients.
