Etiological factor in the occurrence of endometritis should be considered pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora, penetrating into the uterus of a failure to comply with the rules of asepsis and antisepsis. Bacterial contamination of the uterus occurs more frequently in cows after calving or artificial insemination. The presence of clinical endometritis depends on the balance between the microbes, the resistance of the organism and other factors. To explore the uterine contents in case of endometritis in cows were used samples Flegmatov NA, Dudenko VS and Katerinova, and also determined the species composition of microorganisms and their antibiotic sensitivity disk diffusion method. The results showed that microflora content of the uterus is mainly represented by bacteria of group Escherichia coli, pathogenic microflora and pathogenic fungi, are more sensitive to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin.
