Objective: Evaluation of results of integrated and combined treatment of invasive bladder cancer is given. Materials and Methods: 90 patients with bladder cancer at the stage T2-Т3аN0M0 were included in the investigation. They got treatment in FSI Russian Scientific Rentgenradiology Centre (for the period 2003 - 2008). The first group consisted of 43 patients after combined treatment (chemoradiotherapy, SOD 66- 68 Gy). The second group of 47 patients got integrated treatment (transurethral resection of bladder cancer with chemoradiotherapy, SOD 48-50 Gy). Results: 5-year recurrence-free survival rate in the 2-d group of patients is significantly higher than in the 1-st group (48.9% and 16.3%, respectively, p0.05). In the 1-st group the survival rate of patients at T2-stage is significantly lower than in the 2-d group (19.2% and 53.3%, respectively, p>0.05). But more exact and proved difference in the survival rate of patients in both groups was not defined due to bladder cancer penetration. Conclusions: On the basis of the data received, the following conclusion can be made - recurrence-free survival rate increases under maximum combined method usage for invasive bladder cancer.
