The results of the conservative treatment of the uric acid nephrolithiasis including the nicotinamide fibrinolysis activator

We carried out a conservative treatment of 356 patients with uric acid nephrolithiasis, whose litholytic therapy included the nicotinamide fibrinolysis activator. As a result the complete dissolution of calculi occurred in 333 patients (93, 5%). The treatment of 23 (6%) patients was not efficacious. In the main group 304 (96,5%) patients achieved dissolution of uric acid stones. In the control group only 29 (74,9 %) patients reached litholysis.
