Results of experimental work on preparation of cadets of the military higher education institutions of the nation guard force of the Russian Federation for professional communication in the polyethnic space of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the problem of formation of readiness among cadets of military universities of the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation for professional communication in the multi-ethnic space of the Russian Federation. The essential and parametric characteristics of readiness for professional communication in the multi-ethnic space of the Russian Federation are revealed, the diagnostic tools of the studied personal education are indicated. Pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of this phenomenon are described. The results of experimental work carried out on the basis of the Perm and Saint Petersburg Military Institutes of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation are presented.
