Results of using the termoablation at cytoreductive treatment of patients with multiple bilobar metastasises of colorectal cancer

In this research the results of treatment the 115 patients with diagnosis "a colorectal cancer of 4 stage with synchronous bilobar metastasises in liver" are presented. In group of comparison (62 patients) cytoreductive surgery on large intestine without impact on the metastatic centers in liver were carried out. In the main group (54 patients) cytoreductive removal of tumor was followed by radio-frequency termoablation the metastases in liver.
