The article deals with the concept of "risk management" in the context of crisis management. The generalized definition of enterprise risk is given, and the factors influencing its occurrence are analyzed. The essence of crisis management of the enterprise is given and various stages of crisis response of firms are characterized. A set of measures to remove the company from the crisis, prevention of crisis manifestations, a list of the main ways to reduce the risk of the enterprise.
