Risks of a complete refusal to institutionalize interactions between representatives of national minorities and the state

The article is devoted to the study of interethnic and interreligious relations, as well as their role in provoking conflicts. The paper analyzes the importance of an effective national policy for ensuring state security, especially in the context of a multinational and multi-confessional society characteristic of Russia. The author considers the key factors contributing to the emergence of ethnic conflicts, including cognitive and psychological catalysts such as the reluctance of migrants to integrate into a new society and the biased attitude of the local population towards foreigners. The role of diasporas, their positive and negative aspects, as well as the importance of fair justice in conflict resolution are discussed.
