Robotics as a type of pedagogical technology

The article describes the features of educational robotics as a pedagogical technology. The author also describes the features of traditional learning technology and developmental learning technology. Technology based on design and robotics allows the development of creativity, spatial thinking and imagination. At the stage of preschool education, educational robotics is an effective means of forming a child's spatio-temporal representations; at the stage of primary general education - an effective means of developing functional literacy of primary schoolchildren.
