Annotation The article reflects the current state and main problems in advanced endometrial cancer treatment. It shows the influence of the adjuvant chemoradiotherapy on the survival for the patients with unfavorable prognosis and discusses the role of the prophylactic irradiation of para-aortic region for those patients.
