This article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young professionals in an educational institution. Professional adaptation is necessary for the harmonious entry of the individual into the profession, the preservation of psychological and mental health of the young teacher. The article is devoted to the role of school administration in the рrofessional adaptation of young professionals in an educational institution. The relevance of this problem is due to the aging of teaching staff, the outflow of young teachers from educational institutions during their professional adaptation due to the difficulties of interaction with the subjects of education, a large amount of documentary work, etc., increasing the overall tension of the teacher. The article analyzes the existing experience of support of young teachers on the paint of school management. The paper substantiates the need to manage the process of adaptation of young professionals in educational institutions. The administration is directly interested in the success of adaptation and becoming a promising and successful employee, as this affects the educational activities and the entire educational process of the educational organization. The article proposes solutions to manage the process of adaptation of young specialists.
