The relevance of the study is caused by the need to search for metabolic criteria for inflammatory destruction of bone tissue. Purpose of the study: differential diagnosis of chronic periodontitis and dental peri-implantitis according to metabolic criteria of the biological environment of the body (oral fluid). The study included patients who were divided into 3 groups: 35 people with chronic periodontitis (group 1); 30 - with dental peri-implantitis (group 2); 20 - control group.
