The role of values in the sphere of development of personality

The paper presents the results of research as part of the project with the RFH financial support. It is shown that the value sphere of students and school pupils plays a big role in the development of personal qualities, provided there have been formed certain types of communicative interaction and interpersonal relationships between students. Opposing values as constituents of valuable sphere contribute to the development of the individual in the event of conflict resolution of value, i.e. with the predominance of one of the two opposing values.
