The Role of Digital Resources in Increasing the Motivation of Students of Special Medical Groups to Participate in Physical Education and Recreation Activities

The article considers the specifics of involving students of special medical groups in physical education and recreation activities. The conditions of active involvement of students in physical education and sports are described. The results of studying and summarizing the students’ experience of using various devices, programs, and platforms for physical education are presented. The respondents’ attitude to the use of digital resources for organizing physical activity is revealed; motivational factors and barriers in this area. The article describes the approbation of a program to stimulate the increase of physical activity of students of special medical groups with the use of digital funds. The conditions for the success of its implementation, the formation of students’ position as a subject of physical culture and recreation activities, and the positive impact of the work carried out on the inclusion of students in independent physical education classes are determined. The conclusion is made about the role of digital resources in increasing the motivation of students of special medical groups to participate in physical education and recreation activities.
