The role of the dialogic communication in the development of the akmeological culture of teachers

This article describes the problems of the development of teachers’ akmeological culture in vocational education and some ways of improving their professional – teaching skills through appealing to the philosophical basis of dialogue and implementation of communicative and interactive technologies are identified.
