The role of gamification in the system of corporate personnel training

The article examines the role of gamification in the system of corporate personnel training. An analysis of the current state of the internal corporate personnel training system shows that the existing corporate training systems are often not adaptive, personalized or conducive to the implementation of knowledge. Due to the lack of structure and low motivation employees often lose interest in additional training. One of the innovative approaches that is being actively considered in this context is gamification. The article presents an analysis of the most popular studies in the field of gamification of corporate training, considers the key principles and basic elements of gamification. The authors highlight the potential of gamification elements such as challenges and storytelling, and shows a significant increase in employee satisfaction with corporate learning outcomes. At the same time, such gamification elements as clear objectives and feedback do not significantly affect the employee satisfaction. This fact may represent a new aspect in studying an impact of specific elements of gamification on employee satisfaction with corporate learning for effective development of educational strategies for corporate personnel training systems.
