Guttural obstruent role in the word end alteration after reduced vowels fall

The article is dedicated to the problem of the guttural obstruent functioning in the period of the reduced vowels fall in the Russian language sound system. Taking into account the conditions of the guttural obsturent showing itself, it turned out to be possible to amplify the mechanism of the voiced consonants voicelessness, the cluster of consonants simplification in connection with the transformation of the reduced vowels in the Russian language. The proposed material is expediently to be used in teaching the Russian Historic Grammar and the Phonetics of the present-day Russian language.
