Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of this work is to study the current state and the main ways of developing the role of state intervention in the arbitration process in China. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the role of state intervention is increasing, which occurs in the form of expansion of state courts to the powers of arbitration commissions, as well as in the form of maintaining the institutionality of the arbitration process and preventing ad hoc proceedings. Also, the role of government intervention is to support the development of the international project "One Belt and One Road" by providing a foreign counterparty with a fair hearing of their arbitration disputes with Chinese companies.
