The role of situation parameters of a chronicle somatic disease in transforming personality value-meaning sphere

The article studies some parameters in the situation of a chronic somatic disease (type of the disease, its duration, patient' age and his/her family status), characteristics of the value-meaning sphere (vital values, basic needs, reflexity level and parameters of life meaning and the role of these parameters in transforming of the value-meaning sphere in the situation of a chronic somatic disease in patients with cardiologic and gastroenterological profile.
