The role and significance of administrative responsibility in the system of responsibility for violation of advertising legislation

This article examines concepts such as "administrative responsibility", "civil liability" for violation of advertising legislation, gives their definitions and analyzes the problems of law enforcement. The paper studies the role and importance of administrative responsibility in the system of measures of responsibility for violation of Russian advertising legislation. The author analyzes the normative legal acts, provides the positions of legal scholars and practicing lawyers.
