Analyzes the importance of digital and innovative technologies in the modern world, especially in the context of public administration. The question is raised about how the effective use of digital technologies can improve the quality of public services and make public authorities more accessible and transparent to citizens. The problems faced by the digitalization process in Russia are also highlighted, including the geographical vastness of the country, uneven access to the Internet, as well as the need to protect confidential data in the face of increasing threats of hacker attacks.
