Role and importance of communicative competence in the personal behavior

The article deals with the problem of formation and implementation of communicative behavior in business communication. The author believes that for successful communication and proper adequate behavior in interaction, a person needs to form communicative competence, the implementation of which makes it possible to uncover: first, the communicative potential, second, acquired knowledge, skills, and, third, actively use them in a speech environment. In this regard, the author offers as a practical recommendation on the formation of communicative competence to use the course of the formation of communicative behavior in business interaction. This course showed that the implementation of all these techniques and methods of work, increases the efficiency of communication, facilitates the implementation of communication tasks in communication and regulation of behavior. The author of the article believes that the communicative interaction of the two partners will be successful if communicative competence is formed, which has a huge impact on the behavior of the person as a whole.
