Role and significance of business law

The article gives an idea of entrepreneurial law as a branch of law, a science. The subject, method, principles, sources and system of business law, its main categories and concepts are considered. The features of the emergence, implementation and protection of the rights of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, as well as state regulation of certain types of entrepreneurial activity in the Kyrgyz Republic are revealed.
