The article shows the role of the corporate culture in the process of development of socio-labor relations in the work collectives taking into account the contemporary economic realities. The author is considered the issue of changing of the corporate culture under the influence of innovations which are introduced at the enterprises. However, the main stages of implementation of novelties and nature of the impact of workers on innovation processes depending on individual socio-psychological characteristics are analyzed in the article. The guidance on the implementation of the system of measures for the successful implementation of novelty in the context of compliances with the corporate culture is provided.
