Recently, the role of the intellect has become extremely important in the scale of small and medium-sized enterprises, the main reason is its influence on the formulation and implementation of strategies in these enterprises. In this paper, an attempt is made to study the links between the intellectual capital of entrepreneurs and the strategies they use to develop their business opportunities.
