The ojective of this study was to evaluate the role of IL2 and IL4, and their receptors in mechanisms of autoimmune thyroiditis. It was revealed changes in lymphocyte subpopulation composition of blood and the ability to express receptors to IL2 and IL4 using modern immunological methods of investigation. These changes indicate the severity of Th1 and Th2 immune response in this disorder.
