The article deals with the problem of written speech teaching, taking the speech environment and cultural traditions into account. The new approach creates the educational environment which stimulates motivation to speech production. Based on numerous researches of Russian and foreign scientists-linguists the author proves the necessity of speech environment modeling taking into account extralinguistic information as an effective way of speech production development.
